Please provide your written comments to me within 30 days of

The purpose and need ofthis EA is that DOE, Richland Operations Office needs to consider a request fiom the Supply System for approval ofa sublease from the Supply System, or transfer offee simple title Rom DOE for construction and operation ofan aluminum smelter plant.
