Your branch has the lead responsibility for review of the EBASCO report.
I believe that we should also complete our review of the EBASCO report and close out this matter entirely.
We would like to issue our SER on the Fire Protection Program before the upcoming team inspection (scheduled for early June).
Pleas provide me with your schedule for completing a review of the EBASCO study.

88 OFFICIAL RECORD COPY On April 29, 1987, Region V asked that we review a study of the WNP-2 Fire Protection Program.
The Region felt that the study, performed by EBASCO for WPPSS, might have significant impact on NRR's review of the Fire Protection Program.
WPPSS submitted their Fire Protection Program to us in the fall of 1986 as Amendment 37 to their FSAR.
On November 11, 1987, we issued an SER approving the Fire Protection Program with the exception of 28 open items.
We are about to complete our review of the remaining open items and indicate our approval of the fire protection program.
