2 ANNUAL REPORTING REQUIREMENT LEVEL OF FINANCIAL PROTECTION In compliance with our licensing responsibilities under 10CFR 50.54(w)(4),
we report the following property and liability insurance coverage for WNP-2 is in force:
Property:
$500,000,000 Primary Nuclear Property Damage Insurance, with a
$2,500,000 deductible; and
$85,000,000, Excess Nuclear Property Damage Insurance carried by ANI/MAERP.
Additionally, Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) maintains
$550,000,000 in excess Nuclear Property Damage Insurance (NEILII) on WNP-2, provided by Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited (NEIL).
Liability:
$160,000,000 Primary Financial Protection is maintained under ANI/MAELU, along with the maximum Secondary Financial Protection.
