2 including but not limited to the reactors known as WNP-1, WNP-2 and WNP-4, the H. J.

Ashe Substation'nd the Benton Switching Station shown as being within the heavy black lines on the drawing designated as "NELIA/MAELUSITE DESCRIPTIONS" dated November 1,

1985 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

The site consists of approximately 2,061 acres and is located on the U.S.

Department of Energy's Hanford site in the southeastern part of the State'f Washington.

The site is approximately twelve (12) miles north of Richland, Washington and one hundred sixty (160) miles east-southeast of Seattle, Washington.

This 1s to certify that this 1s a true copy of the orig1nal Endorsement having the endorsement number and being made part of the Nuclear Energy LiabilityPolicy (Facility Form) as des ignated hereon.
