Dear Mr. Chairman:
This is in, response to your letter of September 28, 1983 regarding the release by an NRC supervisor of a document listing potential problems at the Washington Public Power Supply System (WPPSS)
Washington Nuclear Project No.
2 (WNP-2).
Your letter asked three questions and requested a list of documents; responses to your questions and request are enclosed.
In your letter, you state that records of an NRC investigation show possible improper conduct by the inspectors assigned to WNP-2.
Regarding this concern a description of the circumstances is also enclosed.
