Schwencer (NRC), same subject, dated November 15, 1983 As colmitted in the referenced letter, the Supply System provides the following for closure of IEB 80-06 (Safe'ty Evaluation Report NUREG-0892, Licensing Condition 6):

o Those valves identified as non-conforming during preoperational loss of power testing (attached list) have been modified to comply with IEB 80-06.

o The re-review of balance of plant component compliance to IEB 80-06

= has been completed.

Four containment isolation valves associated with nitrogen inerting have been identified as non-conforming and will be modified to comply (see attached listing).

Modifications will be completed by the time inerting is required.

Prior to this time, the containment isolation function of the valves will

.be served by leaving the valves in a closed position with power removed.
