Hasss letter gA-82-130 (dated Febrary 3, 1982).
As required by Reference 1
and committed to in Reference 2,
your office was informed by telephone on April 9, 1982, of several organizational changes which were recently announced by the Washington Public Power Supply System.
This letter con-firms the cited telephone conversation.
The current Supply System organization is presented in Attachment 1.
Major changes in the organizational responsibilities, relative to those described in Section 1 of the Operational guality Assurance Program Description (Rev. 6), are as follows:
1.
The Director of Power Generation reports to the Managing erector an ss response e
or the safe and efficient operation of Supply System nuclear power plants.
All Plant Managers and the WNP-2 Test
& Startup Manager now report to the Director of Power Generation.
2.
The Director of Projects reports to the Managing Director an ss response e
or he safe, successful and timely completion of construction of Supply System nuclear projects.
The Program Directors for Supply System nuclear projects WNP-l, WNP-2 and WNP-3 now report to the Director of Projects.
The Program Directors for WNP-1 and WNP-3 remain responsible for test and startup activities.

The Director of Administration reports to the Managing irector an is responsi e
or providing records management support services.
These services were formerly provided by the Director of Business Programs.
The position of "Director, Business Programs" has been eliminated.

The Chief Financial Officer reports to the Managing Director an is responsi e
or providing procurement-related support services.
These services were formerly provided by the Director of Business Programs.
The above described changes will be incorporated into Revision 7 of the Operational guality Assurance Program Description (WPPSS-(A-004).
