We the International Longshoremen's 5 Warehousemens Union Local 821, being concernd citizens and rate payers, believe that the N.R.C. should not give further construction permits or extension of thoughs permits f'r any of the WPPSS nuclear power plants 8 1,2,3,4,5, until a completely independent investigation of safety and need has been completed.

The culpability of theN.R.C.,B.P.A.'nd the Direct Service Customers in a regional power plan 'is blatently apparent and should be immediately reconciled to the best intrest of the public. We would hope that public hearings would be called for to address all the above issues.
