1981 On January 7,
- 1982, R.M. Nelson,
- Manager, Project Licensing, WNP-2, and H.A. Crisp,
- Manager, Construction, WNP-2, of Washington Public Power Supply System had a telecon conference call with Mr. Raj Auluck, WNP-2 Project Manager, NRR.
In summary, the following time estimates are pro-vided to correspond to the specific reasons discussed for the construction permit extension per our referenced request.

Construction delays and loss of productivity-(06/80 06/81)
(06/80 - 12/81)
~ Strikes-(06/80 - 11/80) 12 mos.
Work stoppages 6 mos.
Lowered productivity due to WBG document problems and change of mechanical contractors 2 mos. Reanalysis of work to go 5 mos. Concurrent with above delays, but some impact on time extension re-quested.
