FUEL LOAD SCHEDULE FOR NUCLEAR PROJECT NO.

2 The preliminary results of our evaluation of the WNP-2 completion schedule, taking into account the impact of last years extended labor dispute and the resultant labor force buildup to date,. indicates a scheduled fuel load date for WNP-2 of September 1983.

This date was reported by the local news media on May 4, 1981.

We are presently re-evaluating the critical path milestones associated with the preliminary schedule with an objective of achieving a fuel load date no later than December 1982.

Several recent legislative and labor'evelopments along with the conservative nature of the preliminary schedule lead us to believe that a December 1982 fuel load date may be achievable.

Prior to any revision to your scheduled review of the WINP-2 docket, we suggest a meeting where we would discuss our project, scheduling in more detail.

We recommend that the discussion take place in late June 1981 in conjunction with a case load forecast panel site visit.
