C This letter transmits Revision 2 of the Environmental gualification Report and Guidebook for safety-related electrical equipment for St. Lucie Unit 2.
The changes included in this revision are listed in the attachment.
Subsequent to the NRC and NRC Contractor's detailed review of the Environmental gualification Report and Guidebook (through Revision 1),
a meeting was held between the NRC Equipment gualification Branch and Florida Power and Light Company on March 2, 1982.
It was agreed at the meeting that the Environmental gualification Report and Guidebook would be revised to include additional data in support of the scheduled NRC Equipment gualification Branch site audit of St. Lucie 2 in May 1982 (originally scheduled for June 1982).
Three copies of this revision are being sent under separate cover to the NRC Licensing Project Manager for St. Lucie Unit 2 and the NRC Staff Equipment gualification reviewers.
Two copies of this revision are also being sent under separate cover to EG8G Idaho, Inc.

With this responsive submittal the NRC should have sufficient data to complete the site audit.
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALIFICATION REPORT AND GUIDEBOOK REVISION NO. 2, INSTRUCTION SHEET Each revised and new page bears the notation Revision 2, (4/82) at the bottom of the page.
Vertical bars with the number 2 have been used in the. margin of existing pages, as applicable, to indicate the location of the revision on the page or the insertion of a new page.
The following page removals and insertions should be made to incorporate Revision No.
2 into the EQ Report and Guidebook.
