By Order dated March 6, 1979, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board denied the petitions for leave to intervene which were filed in this proceeding by Susan M. Garrett, Helen Vozenilek, Creg Darby, and the Hanford Conversion Project
("HCP").
The time prescribed in 10 CFR g2.714a for appealing that Order has expired, and no petitioner has noticed an appeal.
Accordingly, the Board's Order is now final.
While the petitions to intervene were pending, the NRC Staff included then-petitioners Garrett and Vozenilek, and the law firm of Nepom 6 Rose (counsel to petitioners),
