Dear Hr. Renberger:
This concerns Amendment No.
3 to Environmental Report-Operating License Stage for WPPSS Nuclear Project No. 2, Benton County, Washington (ER 77/391).
We have received a copy of the amendment and are instructed to provide our co'mments, if any, to you.
After reviewing the amendment
- document, we find nothing which would change our comments, which were submitted June 1, 1977, and again on July 26, 1978.
As indicated in the past, the Columbia River anadromous fishery is a major resource and we are concerned about any impact that may cause more deteriorating pressure.
As indicated in previous
- comments, we rely primarily on the U.S.
Fish and Wildlife Service for technical review and recommendations in regards to biotic environmental impacts.
Sincerely, I
...~4~<~;,.
