Washington Public Power Supply System hereby submits sixty-one (61) copies, including three notarized originals, of Amendment 3
to the HNP-2 ER-OSL.
A portion of the amendment updates informa-tion on on-site water supply which was addressed in our previous responses to Staff guestions Nos. 2.7 and 2.8.
Distribution is being made concurrently according to the ER-OSL distribution list initially provided by the NRC.
