4 On January 10,

1979, Intervenors filed a document entitled "Request for Waiver of Technical Requirement for Filing of Documents" in which Intervenors request a waiver by this Board of that part of 10 CFR 2.708(b) which requires double-spacing of filed documents.

The Staff has no objection to the request.
