We have completed our rev i ew the documents submitted and find them to be respons i ve to certain condit i ons of the Order. However, two items still need to be submitted before NRC can close out the Order. 1) Condi t ion V.A. requires you to provide t raining to Acuren USA radiographers and radiographer's assistants, which was i ntended to convey personal lessons learned from the assoc i ated i ssue. You were required to submit the training agenda, materials or content to Region IV. Please comp l ete the actions of this condition, submit the agenda, and inform Region IV when th i s training has been presented. Please note th i s act i on should be completed promptly.
- 2) Condition V.C. requires you to provide the Region I V demonstrations of at least two attempts to pub l ish the article.
