The informa-tion vias submitted on the City'f Orlando, Florida and the Orlando Utilities 'Conmission as an additional owner of the St. Lucie Plant, Unit 2-The Orlando Utilities Commission was organized as a Special District under the laws of Florida with the principal location for business in Orlando, Florida.

Construction of the St. Lucie Plant, Unit 2 is underway on a site located on the Hutchinson Island in St. Lucie, County, Florida.

For your information and use, I have enclosed a related notice which l!as been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
