As previously reported to the Office of Inspection and Enforcement on November 7, 1979, shallow stop end bel.ls were installed in lieu of deep stop end bells in safety related PVC conduit applications.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.55(e) requirements, a final deficiency report is attached.
