NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-244/98-07
Dear Dr. Mecredy:
This letter transmits the results of safety inspections conducted by NRC inspectors at the
Ginna Nuclear Power Plant from May 18 through June 21, 1998. At the conclusion of
the inspection, the findings were discussed with Mr. J. Widay and others of your staff.
During the five week period covered by this inspection period, we noted safe and stable
plant operations.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter
and its enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
