RG&E's annual testing rate is 50%.
R In ecti n 0-244 The inspection ofthe FFD Program was conducted April28-30, 1997. The inspector found the program to satisfactorily meet regulatory requirements.
The inspector also reviewed the corrective actions taken for deficiencies related to two previously identified FFD violations with the followingresults:
(Closed) VIO 50-244/96-10-01: Failure to Provide Required FFD Supervisor Refresher Training (Closed) VIO 50-244/96-10-02: Failure to Test Persons Selected for Random FFD Testing Conclusion Based on reviews of applicable documentation and discussions with FFD management, the inspector determined that the corrective actions implemented to address the subject violations were reasonable,
- complete, and appeared to be effective.
