SUMMARY

OF MANAGEMENTACTIONS FFD PROGRAM No significant program changes occurred in the six months ending June 30, 1996.

~ RG&E's annual testing rate is 50/o.

REPORTABLE EVENT One reportable event occurred during this period. An employee in a supervisory position tested positive for alcohol under the reasonable suspicion testing process.

Appropriate procedures were followed and the event was reported to the NRC according to 10CFR26.73.

The employee has not been reinstated for unescorted site access, pending completion of the Medical Review Officer (MRO) recommendations.
