Dear Dr. Hecredy:
On May 8,
1996,
the
NRC administered
retake initial written license
examinations
to two employees of your company,
who had applied for reactor
operator
(RO) licenses for the Ginna Nuclear
Power Station.
At the conclusion
of the examinations,
the preliminary results
were discussed
with members of
your staff in an exit meeting.
The final results
are that both applicants
passed their examinations
and were
issued licenses.
Generic weaknesses
from this examination
are detailed in the
examination report.
In accordance
with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations,
a copy of
this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the
NRC Public Document
Room.
