Dear Mr. Johnson,

Based on a teleconference between Mark Flaherty (RG8cE), Jack Dawson (NRC), and yourself on March 20, 1996, enclosed please find the revised technical specification pages associated with the use of the roll up door and associated enclosure building for meeting the requirements of LCO 3.9.3.

These pages replace Attachment II and III of Reference (a) in their entirety. The February 9, 1996 submittal used "equivalent" in the LCO with the bases clarifying that "equivalent" referred to a roll up door and equipment hatch enclosure building. The revised pages now specifically reference the roll up door and associated equipment hatch enclosure building in the LCO. As such, there is no change in intent between the pages proposed in Reference (a) and those which are enclosed.
