Dear Dr. Hecredy:
We received your 10 CFR 50.54(a) submittal, referenced
- above, transmitting Revision 22 to the guality Assurance Program for Station Operation at the Ginna Nuclear Power Plant.
The Region I staff has reviewed this submittal and determined that the proposed changes are minor in nature and do not represent a reduction in commitment.
The changes are acceptable in that the quality assurance program continues to satisfy the criteria of Appendix B of 10 CFR 50.
The effectiveness of your quality assurance program and procedure implementation will continue to be the subject of routine regional inspections.
Please refer to gA-96-07 in future correspondence regarding this issue.
