Enclosed is a copy of the 1995 Ginna Station Inservice Inspection Report, required 90 days following startup from the refueling outage. This report is submitted as specified by ASME Code Section XI, 1986 Edition and RGBs Nuclear Directives. The enclosed report has been reviewed by the ANII.

Each copy of the report contains a summary of work accomplished, as well as three attachments: Attachment 1, ISI Program Examination Summary; Attachment 2, Repair, Replacement 2 Modification Program Summary; and Attachment 3, Erosion/Corrosion (Minwall)
