- 1992, and April 20, 1993, you submitted information in response to Generic Letter (GL) 90-06 which provide resolution of Generic Issue (GI) 70 "Power Operated Relief Valve and Block Valve Reliability" and GI 94 "Additional Low Temperature Overpressure Protection"for Light Water Reactors."
I In your September 15,,'992, correspondence and supplemental response of April 20, 1993, to an NRC request for additional information, you requested an application to amend your Facility Operating License.
However, you withdrew your amendment application by letter dated April 26, 1995.
We understand that this amendment application has been modified and resubmitted as part of your total application for conversion to improved Standard Technical Specifications now being processed under a new TAC number.
