Barriers

and equipment for the prevention

and detection of

unauthorized

entries

were effectively maintained,

personnel

and package

access

controls were properly implemented,

and security force members

were

appropriately trained

and qualified.

Overall, the licensee's

security program

was found to be directed

towards ensuring public health

and safety.

or violations of regulatory requirements

were observed
