Dear Mr. Johnson:
The referenced letter discussed the potential for a
Technical Specification change based upon an analysis of the Capsule "S"
results for the R.
E.
Ginna Nuclea'r Plant reactor vessel.
As presented in that letter, it was expected that, an evaluation as to the impact on the Technical Specifications would be completed by the end of May 1994.
Due to schedule complications with the NSSS
- vendor, completion of this effort is not expected until July 29, 1994.
