Dear Mr. Johnson:
During the review of Reference (a) the staff, via fax on March 24, 1993, requested a discussion of the differences between the major assumptions used in the 1985 analysis and the 1992 analysis.
The major differences are discussed in the attached enclosures.
Enclosed are:

Also enclosed are the Westinghouse authorization letter, CAW 436, accompanying affidavit, Proprietary Information Notice, and Copyright Notice.
As Item 1 contains information proprietary to Westinghouse Electric Corporation, it is supported by an affidavit signed by Westinghouse, the owner of the information.
The affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in paragraph the Commission's regulations.
