IMPLEMENTATIONOF REGULATORY GUIDE 1.97 FOR GINNA NUCLEAR POWER STATION This letter confirms the dates of April26-30, 1993, for the Regulatory Guide 1.97 inspection at Ginna Nuclear Power Station.
Our plans for this inspection were discussed with your staff during a telephone call between Mr. G. Wroble of your organization and Mr. R. J. Paolino of the NRC Region I office on March 19, 1993.
The inspection willtake place at your engineering office in Rochester, New York.
A management entrance meeting is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on April26, 1993.
The management exit meeting is tentatively scheduled for April 30, 1993, at 10:00 a.m.

For this inspection, we will require the following:
Calibration records for Category 1, type A, B and E variable instruments P&IDs, loop diagrams and schematics for the above instruments Power source diagrams EQ Master List Regulatory Guide 1.97 safety evaluation report Correspondence regarding R.G, 1.97 implementation between Rochester Gas and Electric Company and the NRC The above information is to be made available at the inspection site on April26, 1993.
A listing of Category 1 variables and an additional copy of item 2 is to be sent to the Region, attention of R. J. Paolino, one week prior to the inspection.
