Recent NRC invoices (attached) includes charges for an NRC Team Inspection on the R.E. Ginna Service Water System.
The charges were for $102,246.50 for Inspection Report 91-201 and for $2,760 for Ginna - SWSOPI, Licensee Corrective Action. Since this inspection effort was one of the first two NRC pilot inspections of the Service Water
- System, it is our understanding of NRC Commission Policy that'we should not be charged for costs associated with the inspection.
Therefore, wy request that a credit be issued for $ 1 05,282.50.
