Attachment A to Appendix B to the Quality Assurance
- Manual, Line List, Rev. 1, effective January 1, 1991, 118 pages.
The format of Appendix B to the Quality Assurance Manual is organized into major sections to facilitate revising of individual sections.
Except for Supplements 1 and 2, as individual sections are revised, it is our intent to forward them in separate sub-mittals for your information.
Supplement 1 to Appendix B represents RG&E's Inservice Inspection Program Plan for implementing the Program requirements.
It was developed for RG&E use and contains the detailed listing of the schedular inspections and examinations to be performed. for the ASME Code required components under the ISI Program.
Supplements 1 and 2 and their revisions are reviewed by the ANII as required and are normally examined by NRC inspection staff during refueling outages.
It would not be our intention to submit the relatively frequent revisions to Supplements 1
and 2,
since they are implementing documents under the ISI Program and are not required entities of the ISI Program for the ASME Code Section XI to be submitted under 10CFR50.55a.
The RG&E ISI Program is defined within the documents listed as items 1-6 and 9
and.
10 above.
