DPR-18 to amend Appendix A of that license to revise Ginna Technical Specifications 6.9.1.2 and 6.9.2.5.
By reference (a) the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) amended 10CFR50.4 which establishes procedures for,,submitting..correspondence,
- reports, applications, or other written communications and specify the number of copies required by the NRC.
The final rule authorized pen-and-ink changes to licensees'echnical specifications.
Although the Commission does not expect formal applications for amendments, this application is submitted for the purpose of removing marked-up changes to the Technical Specifications and providing an auditable trail for, the authorized.
