Dear Mr. Johnson:
Enclosed is an Application for Amendment to Operating License No.
DPR-18 to amend Appendix A of that license to revise Technical Specification Section 6.5.1, "Plant Operations Review Committee (PORC) Function".
Specification 6.5.1.2 willbe revised to delete reference to the actual number, of members on PORC.
The titles of the members have been deleted and replaced by areas of responsibil-ity.
Specification 6.5.1.3 will be revised to address experience requirements for the Chairman and each member.
Specifications 6.5.1.4 and 6.5.1.5 willbe revised to support the revisions above.
This proposed Amendment should be considered effective 30 days after RG&E receipt of NRC approval.
