DPR-18 to amend Appendix A of that license to revise Technical Specification 5.1 and Figure 5.1-1, in order to describe, rather than depict, the site area boundary.
This proposed.
change supersedes our amendment.

This proposed change is considered administrative in nature, since it maintains the Ginna Station Technical Specifications consistent with 10CFR50.36(c)(4),
in that it depicts the Exclusion Area Boundary (Unrestricted Area Boundary)...and also has no,. effect on the RG&E Security or Emergency plans.
This proposed Amendment should be considered effective 30 days after RG&E receipt of NRC approval.
