10, 1991 to January
18, 1992, the NRC Region I staff conducted
a routine
safety inspection at your facility. We have documented
the results in the enclosed report.
At the end of the inspection, Mr. T. Moslak of my staff summarized the findings with
Mr. J. Widay and other members of your staff.
The inspection examined the control of operations and maintenance activities conducted
during this period.
Within this scope, operator responsiveness
to potential plant challenges
continued to be a strength.
The management
and technical support demonstrated
during
corrective maintenance
on the "C" safety injection pump bus 14 breaker were noteworthy.
