J Enclosed. is an Application for Amendment to Operating License No.
DPR-18 to amend Appendix A of that license to delete Technical Specification 5.1 and Figure 5.1-1.
This proposed. change should be considered administrative in nature, since it maintains the Ginna Station Technical Specifications consistent with 10CFR50.36(c)(4),
and also has no effect on the RG&E Security or Emergency plans'.
This proposed Amendment should be considered effective 30 days after RG&E receipt of NRC approval.
