In RG&E's September 18, 1990 response to Generic Letter 90-03, "Relaxation of Staff Position in Generic Letter 83-28, Item 2.2 Part 2
Vendor Interface for Safety Related Components,"
the Vendor Manual Upgrade Program (VMUF) was estimated to be completed by the end of August, 1991.
This schedule was based on multiple drawing upgrade projects and specific plant walkdowns necessary to perform the Vendor Manual Upgrade Program.
The coordinating of these efforts as part of the overall Configuration Management Program has resulted in delaying the project end date which is now estimated for completion late in 1992.
