In accordance with Appendix B paragraph 1.12.2.1 of the Ginna Station Quality Assurance
- Manual, we are submitting the 1991 Steam Generator Eddy Current Examination Summary Report for R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant.
This report summarizes observations and corrective actions resulting from inspections performed. during the 1991 outage and identifies the location and extent of each indication and the tubes which have been plugged or sleeved.
