Dear Mr. Johnson:
Enclosed is an Application for Amendment to Operating License to amend Appendix A of that license to reformat the Turbine Cycle Technical Specifications for clarity, and to incorporate changes to the Specifications and Action Statements for the auxiliary feedwater pumps as well as changes to the testing requirements for the auxiliary feedwater pumps.
This proposed Amendment should be considered effective 30 days after RG&E receipt of NRC approval.
