Dear Mr. Bush:
In accordance with Section 26.73(d) of the NRC Fitness for Duty Rule, I hereby certify that the Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation has implemented a fitness for duty program that meets the requirements of 10 CFR, Part 26.
To our knowledge and belief, RG&E is or will be in compliance with all provisions of the rule by January 3,
1990.
This letter shall also serve as notification as per Section 26.73(d) that effective on or before February 1,
- 1990, RG&E will adopt 50 ng/ml as the initial drug testing cutoff level for marijuana metabolites.
All other drug test levels will be in accordance with DHHS Guidelines.
