Enclosed are:

An Application for Amendment to Operating License to amend Appendix A
of that license to reflect appropriate titles for the corporate positions having responsibility for overall Plant safety.
2.
A check for $ 150 in accordance with 10CFR170.12.
The purpose of this submittal is to make administrative changes in titles for the Vice President and Plant
- Manager, as well as to modify the PORC membership.
Additional miscellaneous title changes have also been noted to be consistent with current Ginna Station nomenclature.
This submittal supersedes the Application for Amendment to Operating License submitted by RG&E on October 10, 1988.
When
- issued, this Amendment should become effective immediately.
