Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
Mr. Frank Quinn, Manager of the NUS Utility Licensing Depart-ment, recently spoke to Mr. Brian Grimes regarding the Ginna Evacuation Time Estimates submitted January
- 1980, NUS-3521.
During that conversation Mr. Grimes invited us to call Mr. Tom Urbanick, of the Texas Transportation Institute on the Campus of Texas A&M, who reviewed the original report.
Subsequently I telephoned Mr. Urbanick who told me that his primary concern with our report (i.e. that part of the report he gave a "poor" rating) was the lack of documentation regard-ing our road-capacity figures.
He suggested that I send a
supplement to the report including our documentation for road-capacity figures.
Attached, therefore, is a one page supplement on road capacities for review.
The bindinq of the report does not permit insert pages so I hope this letter and accompanying supplement addressing Mr. Urbanick's concern will suffice.
Please let.me know if there is anything else I can do to ensure the adequacy of these time estimates.
