Please find attached a copy of a new format that Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation would like to utilize for reporting Licensee Event Reports.
The purpose for this format change is to allow RG&E to better utilize word processing and computer capabilities at both the plant site and corporate offices.
Licensee Event Report Number 81-007 is being forwarded to you by this new form as well as the traditional form.
Unless Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation receives information to the
- contrary, we will utilize this new form in future LER's.
