Dear Mr. Miller:
By letters dated February 20, 1981 and April 10, 1981 you informed us that our classification of the subject proposed Technical Specification change as Class III under 10 CFR 170.22 was incorrect and that an additional fee was required.
Based on recent discussions with our NRC project manager and with a member of your Staff, Ms.
Reba Diggs, we understand that the NRC Staff has reevaluated the classification for the Ginna Lessons Learned Technical Specification change and now agrees with our classification.
- Thus, no additional fee is required.
Your letter of February 20, 1981 identified an overpayment by us of
$1,200.
We suggest that you retain the
$1,200 to be credited against.
a future license amendment application fee.
