Dear Mr. Crutchfield:
By letter dated Decemt)er 30, 1980, we submitted the Ginna Station Procedure SC-1, "Radiation Emergency Plan", to you and to the Director, Region I, Inspection and Enforcement.
Although the copies were received by Region I, we have been advised by a member of the NRC Staff, Mr. Ray Priebe, that you have no record of receiving the December 30 mailing.
In addition, the Postal Service has been unable to locate the mailing, which was sent by Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested.
Therefore, enclosed find an additional ten copies of the Decemoer 30.
