Dear Mr. Crutchfield:
In your letter dated June 17,
- 1982, RGBE was requested to furnish status information relative to Unresolved Safety Issues.
This information was requested within 60 days, in order to enable the staff to expeditiously review and evaluate the status of these items at Ginna for inclusion in the Full Term Operation License conversion SER.
Based on the present schedule for this SER of mid-October
- 1982, RGEE is planning to provide the requested information by late September 1982.
This should provide the necessary time for incorporation into the SER.
Since the subject of this letter addresses the status of industry-generic Unresolved Safety Issues, rather than any plant-specific concerns,'here are no short-term safety implications associated with this response delay.
