~0 On page 4-12 of NUREG-0916,"Safety Evaluation related to the restart of the R. E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant," the staff indicates that "the licensee has committed to perform a long-term evaluation to determine the criteria which should be pro-vided in the procedures for deciding when to discontinue the use of the main condenser in favor of the atmospheric steam dump."

Although we-had not, in fact, previ'ously committed to this study, we do agree to provide such a study within six months.
