As counsel for Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation, I enclose:

1. Three (3) originals and nineteen (19) copies of an Application for Amendment to Operating License to amend Appendix A of that license to revise the containment, isolation valve table.,--Technical Specifications Table 3.6-1, to incor-porate plant system modif ications.

2. Also enclosed are forty (40) copies of documents designated Attachments A and B, which set forth the revised Table and further describe the purposes of the changes made.

Pursuant to Part 170 of the Commission's regulations, this amendment has been determined to be a Class III license amendment. A check for $ 4,000 is therefor enclosed.
