E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-244
Dear Mr. Crutchfield:
In our letter dated January 15,
- 1982, we indicated our intention to proceed with the licensing of sleeving for the Ginna Station steam generators.
At that time, we submitted a proposed revision to the Ginna Inservice Inspection Program.
With our letter dated August 31,
- 1982, we submitted the Steam Generator Rapid Sleeving Program Design Verification Report.
Since that time, the Ginna Plant Operations Review Committee and Nuclear Safety Audit and Review Board have concluded their reviews.
A Design Review Board, comprised of experts from industry and academia, was convened to perform a further review of the proposed sleeving of the Ginna Steam Generators.
Enclosed are four copies of the uncorrected transcript of the September 15 and 16, 1982 Design Review Board meeting and four copies of the visual aids used during that presentation.
Both of these enclosures are proprietary to Babcock and Wilcox.
Therefore, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(b),
we request that, they be withheld from public disclosure.
Affidavits supported non-disclosure of these documents are enclosed.
